How long does it take to receive an order?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. After shipment, the legacy store lists typical delivery estimates of 5–7 days for Priority shipping, 3–5 days for Express shipping, and 7–10 days for APO/FPO delivery.
Do you update ribbons purchased elsewhere?
We update what we sell. Because assembly methods and materials differ, we do not update ribbons purchased from other companies.
How do I have my ribbon rack updated?
Ship the original ribbon rack with a list of requested updates and your phone number and email address. The team will contact you for payment, or payment can be completed through the online option.
What does a ribbon-rack update cost?
Devices are updated at $0.75 for a single, $1.25 for a double, $1.75 for a triple, and $2.25 for a quad. Ribbon updates are rebuilt from the new ribbon through the top of the rack at $1.85 per ribbon. Return shipping is $9.50.
Can I request a staggered ribbon rack?
Yes. Include your preferred row configuration in the checkout comments. Example: “Please stagger ribbon rack 3-3-3-3-2-2-1.”
Can my existing medals be used on a new medal rack?
Yes. Existing medallions can be used for a new rack; fabrics and devices are replaced and the medallions are incorporated into the new mounted unit.
What other ordering methods are available?
You may email a list of what you need, including documents such as vMPF, ERBs, or a DD214. Include a phone number so the team can contact you with the cost. Local customers may also visit during business hours.
Do you offer state ribbons?
The legacy store offers Mississippi state ribbons only.
